The ATCTA, the Accredited Training Council Trade Association, is the global community of accredited training organizations throughout the IT Service Management (ITSM) industry. As stated in its Vision and Mission, the ATCTA serves as the voice of its membership to improve the unity and quality standards of the ITSM training industry and the ITSM industry as a whole. InterProm USA is a founding member of the ATCTA.

Eligible members of the ATCTA are granted use of the ATCTA Trustmark. The ATCTA Trustmark provides its members visible evidence of its adherence to the ATCTA Code of Conduct. The ATCTA Code of Conduct is a quality standard for ITSM Certification Training. It provides competitive advantage to its members over those who do not adhere to the ATCTA Code of Conduct and therefore do not hold the ATCTA Trustmark. Customers using the Certification Training Services of ATCTA members, such as InterProm USA, can be assured of the highest available quality levels of ITSM Certification Training in the industry.

InterProm USA is a founding organization of the ATCTA. As they say, great minds think alike! This can certainly be said about the five Founding Organizations of the ATCTA. Even though each operates in the same market space, it was the desire to unite the ITSM certification training industry, the drive to provide quality certification training and advocate the voice of the ITSM learner that brought them together. The Founders have dedicated much of their valuable time and resources to establish the association.

Only the ATCTA Founding Organizations are eligible for using the ATCTA Founders logo. As such, the ATCTA Founding Organizations are recognized for the part they have played in the establishment, the development and the ongoing maintenance of the ATCTA organization and its unity, quality standards and advocacy roles and responsibilities.
